Burnout is increasingly present in coaching conversations, yet many coaches feel uncertain about how to recognise it, work with it ethically, and sustain themselves while supporting others.

This interactive 90-minute workshop explores burnout through a coaching lens. We will examine how burnout shows up in leaders and professionals, how it can subtly impact coaches themselves, where the boundaries sit between coaching and therapeutic referral, and the importance of burnout informed supervision.

Participants will deepen their understanding of nervous system dysregulation, systemic and intersectional contributors to burnout, and the ethical implications of working at the edges of depletion.

The session combines conceptual framing, reflective exercises and dialogue, enabling coaches to increase burnout awareness and begin to deepen understanding.

Drawing on research from What Counts? Coaches’ views on supervision as a developmental learning process, Elizabeth invites coaches to reflect on what they need from supervision, how they judge its usefulness, and how they can engage more intentionally.

Through polling, breakout discussion and dialogue, participants will examine assumptions, compare perspectives, and explore how to take greater ownership of their development and wellbeing.

In coaching, technical frameworks matter, but true impact springs from visible presence, confident voice, and inclusive leadership.

Sheena introduces the VISIBLE Framework (Voice, Identity, Spotlight, Inner Work, Belief, Leverage, Elevation) to help coaches deepen authenticity and equity in their practice.

Through experiential exercises, role-play and reflective dialogue, participants will explore how to amplify marginalised voices, lead with cultural humility, build trust with underrepresented clients, and elevate their coaching presence, both in the coaching room and in their professional visibility.

Participants leave with actionable tools and mini-practices ready to embed into their coaching style and business presence.

Why do clients, and coaches themselves, struggle to change despite insight and reflection?

Felix introduces Coaching with the Inner System, a method that moves beyond thoughts to include emotions, body reactions and subconscious patterns, the factors that truly shape behaviour.

In this interactive session, participants will work with small examples of “stuck” behaviour, experiencing how subconscious blockages emerge and how they can be shifted. This workshop will consider the increasing interest and use of creative and arts-based tools and methodologies in coaching (and supervision) practice, looking through the lens of the coaching itself as a creative act, rather than simply the use of a tool. Learn in this experiential workshop how might we consider all coaching as inherently creative, versus only where there is a 'creative tool' chosen for exploration.

Learning by doing is the only way to truly embody and experience Systemic Coaching and Constellations! It is a practical yet often profound way of working that invites coach and coachee alike to step back, slow down and see the bigger picture.

The purpose of systemic coaching is not to set goals or focus exclusively on the future, but to see the client’s situation as it truly is, illuminate its origins in the past and then work at source so that the client returns to flow. As a result of the respectful co-created approach this ‘applied philosophy’ returns dignity to individuals, flow to teams and coherence to the systems they create and inhabit.

Ontological coaching is about coaching to our Way of Being. Our perceptions and attitudes drive our communication and behaviour, and these exist in our Way of Being, often deep seated and out of awareness. Shifts in these perceptions and attitudes can remove significant barriers to change and create immediate and lasting transformation.
