Exploring Neurodiversity in Coaching Practice with Esmee Russell & Neil Lawrence

Join us this October for an interactive and reflective workshop designed to help coaches explore the role of neurodiversity in coaching, whether noticing how their own neurodiversity shows up in practice, or supporting clients with neurodiverse experiences.

Taking a supervisory approach, this session will create a safe, neuro-inclusive environment for learning and discussion. Together, we’ll consider the importance of making space for neurodiversity in coaching, and how embracing it can enrich both the coaching relationship and outcomes.

Through experiential exercises, live polling, and small group discussions, you’ll:

  • Gain practical tools for noticing and working with neurodiversity in coaching

  • Explore ways to create inclusive spaces that welcome difference

  • Share and learn best practices with fellow coaches

  • Leave with action points to embed neuro-inclusive thinking into your work

This session will be co-led by two experienced coaches:

  • Neil Lawrence brings over 30 years’ experience in wellbeing and coaching facilitation across education, coaching, and the third sector. An experienced neurodiversity coach, mindfulness practitioner, and supervisor, Neil specialises in supporting professionals and leaders to navigate complexity with clarity and resilience.

  • Esmee Russell PCC is a coach, supervisor, and facilitator with extensive experience across the third sector. She has designed and delivered workshops on coaching skills, wellbeing, co-creation, and change, and co-leads an ICF special interest group for coaches.

Come ready to reflect, share, and “learn by doing” in what promises to be an engaging and practical session.
