Inner Work, Outer Impact series - Spotlight on mental wellbeing for coaches

This year our ‘Inner work, Outer impact’ series will throw a spotlight on mental wellbeing for coaches. This is a big part of our inner work and one that our clients might also be focussing on. It can have a huge impact on us, our relationship with our clients, how we partner with them and their own experience.

Join us throughout March for a powerful series of workshops that dive deeper into the world of managing our own mental wellbeing and collect a range of tools, techniques and reflective practices that you can use for yourself and your clients. 

Workshops will be online from 6.00pm -7.30pm (GMT). You can book to attend individual events or the whole series at a discount (4 for the price of 3). If you’re unable to attend one of the live events, by signing up you can receive the recording and supporting resources.

Workshop 1: 4th March - Simplify and Amplify with Chris Lovett

Workshop 2: 11th March - Coaching Wellbeing across the lifespan with Magdalena Bak-Maier

Workshop 3: 18th March - Coaches get stressed too! Exploring the power of breath work with Grace Jones

Workshop 4: 25th March - Reflecting on Reflective Practice with Karen Walsh

What you can expect from attending the series:

  • Insights from four experienced coaches and coach educators in the profession

  • Interactive and experiential workshops including collective learning, exploring new thinking and the opportunity for Q&A.

  • 6 CCE’s for the full series (CCE breakdown to be confirmed)

£50 Whole series (all 4 workshops)
£20 Individual workshop
Recordings are available if you buy a ticket but cannot attend.
