Join us for a thought-provoking and practical session exploring how our understanding of the self influences coaching relationships, interventions, and capacity as practitioners. Grounded in new research and the Concept-of-Self Scale, this session invites coaches to deepen their self-awareness, challenge assumptions, and expand their ability to support meaningful client growth.
Through three core learning objectives, participants will:
🔹 Explore the inner world of the client and its impact on agency and behaviour
🔹 Reflect on their own concept-of-self and how it shapes coaching dynamics
🔹 Examine the role of the ‘self’ as instrument in ethical, intentional coaching practice
Aligned with key ICF competencies, this session will enhance your presence, mindset, and impact as a coach.
