Would you or someone you know like to lead a workshop at one of our events in 2025? Please complete our short online proposal form by midnight on Wednesday 31st July 2024. Submissions to be reviewed over summer and outcome communicated by the end of September.

Our guiding principles: 
We are committed to providing Professional and Personal Development and the opportunity for our LCG community to engage in collaborative learning. In addition to our monthly short event format, we hope to run one virtual series (3-4 events once a week throughout March) focussing on the theme of ‘Who we are is how we coach’ and one full day face-to-face event in June focussed on a topic of current interest; for example 3-4 shorter sessions or 2 longer sessions, either individuals speakers or collaborative proposals from a group of speakers. The following will be used as a guide when assessing proposals and themes for our annual schedule:

• The future of coaching in 2025 and beyond: new ideas, approaches, technology and innovative research

• Developments in team and group coaching

• Equity, diversity and inclusivity in coaching

• Who we are is how we coach, reflective growth practices, supervision

• Knowledge and experience sharing, including demos of coaching mastery
