So you think you’re non-judgemental? What a waste!
Join this fun, interactive online session to explore how your judgements can become a vital and lively source of data in your coaching practice.
In this workshop, we will work with the idea that judgements naturally arise within the relational space of coaching. Yet shame can sometimes stop us from sharing what is emerging in, through and for us, meaning we may hold ourselves back. When we learn how to un-couple judgement from shame – taking what’s ours and sharing what’s not, we can take our coaching to a whole new level.
During the session, you will learn how to:
Tune into your judgements with curiosity
Discern which judgements are messengers from your unconscious
Work out how to release the potential hidden within those judgements
Increase your range as a coach
The session will be a presentation with breakouts, giving coaches the opportunity to explore their own judgements together in small groups.
