The busyness epidemic is taking its toll on productivity and wellbeing. Records broken for burnout, excessive overworking, efficiency challenges and pseudo productivity. We're spending all our energy in the wrong places. This session focuses on rethinking how we work, challenging “always-on” cultures, exploring ways of helping ourselves and our clients thrive sustainably.

Chris will introduce us to strategies to simplify work and prioritise effectively, that we can use for ourselves and share with our clients. We will look at tools to support ourselves in creating meaningful impact without burnout (and in turn supporting our clients).

A senior leader and C-suite executive coach, bestselling author, and simplicity expert, Chris has spoken and facilitated sessions at renowned organisations, including TED, Walgreens, PwC, and NatWest, among many others. He has also appeared at wellbeing festivals and featured on globally chart-topping podcasts, amassing over one million downloads and views.
