Join the London Coaching Group and Simon Goland, Ph.D., PCC, MCS, for an interactive introduction to somatic coaching and the role of embodied intelligence in coaching practice.

We spend much of our time as coaches working with thoughts, beliefs, language and perspective. Somatic coaching invites us to broaden that focus, exploring how the body and nervous system can provide additional information to support awareness, learning and lasting change.

During this 90-minute session, Simon will introduce the foundations of somatic coaching and his proprietary 5-Step Somatic Inquiry Framework (5SInq). Through short somatic presence practices, a live coaching demonstration and facilitated discussion, you'll have the opportunity to experience the approach and consider how it might complement your own work.
