42 years on from when Donald Schon first coined the term, reflective practice continues to be viewed as a powerful process for learning and improving performance for ourselves as coaches and also as a practice for our coachees. This session revisits the foundations of reflective practice, offering fresh perspectives and ideas to deepen your approach.
Reflective practice is key to professional growth for both coaches and clients. Through shared insights and collective learning, we will reflect on how we reflect on our practice, and also explore ways we can enhance our coachees’ skills in reflective practice.
Karen is a chartered psychologist, in coaching psychology and organisational psychology, and an EMCC accredited Senior Practitioner. Karen is a coach, a team coach and workplace mediator. She has 16 years’ experience in the public sector working in leadership development, organisation development and management roles.Karen has extensive experience in designing and facilitating small and large group events. She loves to create spaces for people to deepen insights through reflection and listening to different perspectives.
