In spite of greater flexibility in the post-Covid world, mental health issues and burnout are at an all-time high while ability to focus dwindles. As coaches, clients often come our way seeking desired outcomes as an escape from what is. And yet, paradoxically it is the present moment that holds the seeds of courage, confidence and agency needed to flourish. 

As coaches we’re also first and foremost survivors and navigators of the same complex, fragile and uncertain world. How can we help our clients find what we often seek? This practical workshop invites you to explore the meaning of flourishing and agency through the application of practical coaching techniques based on the Grid coaching method to provide you with a holistic and integrated framework proven to make a difference in your life, the life of your clients and the success of your coaching practice.

Magdalena integrates a rich, research-informed practice and training approach, drawing on the latest neuroscience, mental health and wellbeing psychology, and trauma recovery therapy. Her work has evolved into a powerful, unified, and embodied method for engaging the whole person. She has received positive feedback from professional communities, including the Columbia University Systemic Coaching Conference and the Therapists Connect Conference, as well as from clients. In 2024 Magdalena achieved a significant milestone by training the world’s first ICF-accredited cohort of Grid Coaches, using her Grid method for healthy leadership.
