What an amazing way to wrap-up our events for 2024!
On 26th Nov we hosted our final event for this year and it was special! With mindfulness expert and coach Tim Segallar, we experienced what happens when we lean into whole-self coaching and tune into our head, heart and gut, through impactful confluence of somatic approach, mindfulness and inquiry.
What a brilliant evening it was, exploring our three core centres of experience! A huge sense of energy in the room while Tim led us to deeper exploration through a range of techniques and exercises. We stretched, we paused, we recalibrated our senses and we laughed! There was so much joy and laughter in the room as Tim brought his sense of humour and lightheartedness into a space where we were learning to deepen our connection within and with others.
Thank you to Tim for sharing his wisdom and knowledge so generously and for creating a joyous learning space. We are so grateful for the patience and guidance to explore practices and techniques that can have a profound impact on how we understand our clients and connect with them!
And conversations and curiosity continued as we moved into networking with fellow coaches! Thank you to those who attended this workshop and made it a wonderful learning experience and evening.
"Last night was my first 'in-person' event with The London Coaching Group, and it was a wonderful experience - from the warm welcome from Nicky and Jan on arrival, to the fascinating and engaging workshop led by Tim on whole-self coaching, with lively discussion and opportunity to practice somatic enquiry with the group. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole evening, and highly recommend it to coaches at every level, as an opportunity to learn or refresh coaching skills and meet new people!"
- Breda Spillane
“Tim really helped demystify the topic of listening to the head, heart and gut as a coaching approach with clients. The blend of accessible theory and bite-size practical sessions was perfect to reinforce the learning, and made for a very enjoyable and informative evening. Furthermore, I really appreciated the opportunity to attend a physical networking meeting with fellow coaches. Thanks to the London Coaching Group for organising such a lively and worthwhile event.”
- Adam Cuadra
“The session was interesting and I left with some food for thought, which is always good.”
- Tatiana Hollier
