A brilliant opportunity to join the London Coaching Group core team!

We are seeking new Directors who can help continue our success and shape the future direction and growth of the group. This is a voluntary role where you'll have the opportunity to support a vibrant community of coaches dedicated to their professional development and advancing the coaching profession.

LCG has been around for over 20 years in various forms, building a strong reputation and a large, engaged membership. We host a mix of online and in-person events throughout the year and are growing our presence on social media. As a Community Interest Company, we currently have three director positions, focused on setting the group’s strategic direction and overseeing the organization of speaker events. These events bring a variety of topics, speakers, and thought leadership to our wider community of coaches each month. 

Our events bring together passionate speakers and coaches committed to advance their learning. The core team plays a key role in bringing the events to life and in doing so have  the opportunity to network with industry thought leaders and interact with other coaches! This is an exciting time in the group’s growth with consistently high numbers and quality of speaker proposals coming through each year and the opportunity to be a part of advancing the coaching profession through creating a collective learning environment.
