For our online November event, the Group explored how poetry benefits strategic thinking and releases overwhelm with Louise E Taylor who is a creative leadership coach, speaker and performance poet. In our first session to use music to enhance our experience, Louise eruditely gave us a tour of the history of poetry and how it enables us, as coaches, to go to the heart of the matter. We shared brief moments of noticing, did short writing exercises and discovered the power of poetry. We connected to our right brains and experienced the joy of metaphor. During the experiential evening we learnt how we can use poetry to stimulate ourselves to do our best work with clients, before using poetry directly with them. 

Thank you Louise for stimulating our senses, creativity and resourcefulness.

What's happening in 2023
Look out for our business development focussed event in January, details to follow soon. We have had a large number of quality proposals for workshops next year which include business development; coaching models; team coaching; and live demonstrations with MCC coaches. We're finalising our future programme right now and will update you as events are confirmed.
