Missed our September event: Recording available: "Embracing Agile"

The London Coaching Group is pleased to make available this recording - with 50% of all recording purchases for this event being donated to 'NHS Charities Together'.

Previously scheduled for March 2020, we were delighted to be able to reschedule for this September, with host Lise Bruynooghe exploring the connection between "agile" and coaching. Lise provided a high level overview of agile methods and adaptive action before spotlighting mindsets linked to design thinking that align closely with ICF core competencies. Each breakout group watched a short video associated with a particular mindset and discussed how each of these connected with our work as coaches, with wider group sharing of examples and experiences showing up with our clients. A valuable Q&A was recorded at the end of the session which included a discussion about what it means to be an "Agile Coach". Thank you Lise for such an insightful and thought-provoking session.
