September 2021 Newsletter
Previously scheduled for March 2020, we were delighted to be able to reschedule for this September, with host Lise Bruynooghe exploring the connection between "agile" and coaching. Lise provided a high level overview of agile methods and adaptive action before spotlighting mindsets linked to design thinking that align closely with ICF core competencies. Each breakout group watched a short video associated with a particular mindset and discussed how each of these connected with our work as coaches, with wider group sharing of examples and experiences showing up with our clients. A valuable Q&A was recorded at the end of the session which included a discussion about what it means to be an "Agile Coach". Thank you Lise for such an insightful and thought-provoking session.
If you attended the live webinar, you will be sent your CCE certificate.
If you missed it, you can buy a copy of the recording here. The replay is available to buy until 10am on the 31st March, with 50% of the replay fee going to NHS charities.
Remember you can stay connected with the Group online on LinkedIn and Twitter.
On Tuesday 26th October 2021, we look forward to welcoming Magdalena Bak-Maier and Abi Boughton-Thomas, who will lead us in a session on "Finding Balance in Connection".
