Call For Speakers For 2022/2023

Would you or someone you know like to lead a workshop at one of our events next year? Please complete our short online proposal form by midnight on Sunday 17th October 2021. Those shortlisted may be asked to provide further information in support of their proposal.

Our guiding principles

We are committed to providing Professional and Personal Development for all our members which includes:

●      The future of coaching in 2022 and beyond

●      Creative coaching: new ideas, approaches and innovative research

●      Group, team and virtual coaching

●      Practical, participative, and experiential learning models

●      Reflective growth practices employing new tools and skills

●      Innovative ways of promoting diversity and inclusivity in coaching

●      Developing and marketing our niche and business

NB: These will be used as a guide when assessing proposals.

Diversity We are keen for our speakers to reflect the multicultural city we live and work in. We aim to host a wide variety of speakers at our events and would like to receive proposals from coaches who span different races, cultures, genders, ages and professional experiences.

Benefits The London Coaching Group is a not-for-profit community Group. We price ticket sales to meet operating and administration costs. Whilst we do not pay speakers, our events offer you the opportunity to connect with an audience of coaches, gain exposure for other ventures, share research, publicise your books, workshops and courses and receive feedback. We encourage you to invite attendees to sign up for your newsletters and blogs.

Location and timings of workshops We plan continuing our events for 2022 onwards online through Zoom. If we are able to safely run any face to face events, and there is sufficient interest to do so, they will take place at The Holiday Inn, Cromwell Road, SW7 4DN (Gloucester Road). Our events take place on the fourth Tuesday of the month (adjusted as necessary for public/school holidays). Timings of virtual events are 17.00 to 18.15 and we request that the speaker join zoom at 16.30 and if possible remain available until 18.30 for networking/Q&A.

As the London Coaching Group, we inspire our members to grow and deliver a positive impact on the coaching profession. With integrity and openness, we create a supportive environment for experiential learning, innovation, and the development of coaching excellence.
