1. Who or what inspired you to do what you do? 
A minute advertisement in a mag in 1999! And  so many people throughout my life......  Chad Varah, John Storey, Thomas Leonard

2. How would you define coaching mastery? 
Maybe "When I have access to more of myself in the moment with the client" or "When I am truly open to the emergent and brave to name it."

3. One piece of learning and reflection from your journey that you'd like to share with other coaches: 
Great coaching is very simple.

4. Your hope for the coaching industry, what would you like to see happen in the short term? 
The one I'd like for my own coaching is gracefully opening up focus on the climate emergency with my clients ................. so maybe for all of us and the industry! 

5. Tell us a fact that not many people know about you ... 
I grew up behind a shop and have sold cuckoo clocks in Switzerland, burgers in Lousianna, saucepans in London and men's underwear in Derbyshire.
