October 2020 Newsletter

Julie Flower and Stephen Burt led a highly engaging and constructive workshop on Tuesday 22nd September, centred around using the art of improvisation to improve our coaching practice. In this highly interactive and imaginative session, we learnt how to refocus the mind to get us back to the present moment.
 
We also learnt how to create trust and a safe space for us as coaches - as well as our clients - to open up and be vulnerable with new ideas. The live improv exercises in small groups also helped to create a sense of playfulness that brought energy virtually right to our own homes!
 
Thanks to both Stephen and Julie for widening our awareness.
