Missed our July event? Recording available to purchase - The Art of Masterful Coaching

The London Coaching Group is pleased to make available this recording - with 50% of all recording purchases for this event being donated to 'NHS Charities Together'.

On 28th July, The Group was honoured to host executive coach and lecturer Aboodi Shabi in exploring the art of mastery in coaching. As the coaching profession matures, we have an increasingly wide range of tools and methodologies to support us in our work. Whilst all of these tools can bring great value in a wide range of applications, research shows that of the factors influencing outcomes in coaching, methods and tools account for only 15%, with the coaching relationship accounting for 30%.
