On Tuesday 19th May, Kate Hesk delivered the group’s second webinar, which was on the important topic of Mental Fitness Coaching.  Kate discussed the concept of focussing on the whole-person as a thought partner - as we might work on our physical fitness with a personal trainer.
 
The session encouraged us to reflect on how our own boundaries may be changing during recent times, and what this means for our coaching practice. Thanks to everyone participating in the chat, breakout activities and the feedback – there was rich learning shared amongst the group.
