Wishing all of our readers a very happy start to 2020!
 
Back at our final event of 2019, the London Coaching Group was delighted to host Dr Terri Simpkin delivering her workshop on ‘From Faker to Fabulous - Coaching the imposter’. Terri shared insights from years of research and of working with leaders who felt like an imposter, and challenged the commonly misused term of calling it a ‘syndrome’.  
 
We dived into the nuance of the difference between self-doubt and the phenomenon of feeling like an imposter, and discussed in groups the negative impact this can have on individuals and organisations more widely. We wrapped up by discussing various strategies that we as coaches can use - both for ourselves and with our clients - on how to overcome feeling like a fraud. Thanks very much for a brilliant and useful session Terri!
