NOTE: This event will be delivered online.
As the coaching profession matures, we have an increasingly wide range of tools and methodologies to support us in our work. Whilst all of these tools can bring great value in a wide range of applications, research shows that of the factors influencing outcomes in coaching, methods and tools account for only 15%, with the coaching relationship accounting for 30%. This interactive session will focus on how we can deepen our connection to our coachees, reflecting how this may differ and be adapted for current times, with participative activities and time for questions.
