"Intention - why it matters, especially now" with Juliet Adams

NOTE: This event will be delivered online.

As we start to slowly exit the lock down, many people are starting to question what’s really important in their lives, and how they would like to live their lives moving forward. Now more than ever Intention Matters. In this lively and practical interactive workshop bestselling author & leadership development specialist Juliet Adams will explore what intention is, how it already shapes your life, and the neuroscience that underpins it. Juliet will explain the critical difference between goals and intentions, and share how coaches can help clients to transition from goal setting to intention setting. Juliet will share case studies and a four step model to help you to identify, refine and embed your intentions to create the life you want and that of your client.

Juliet has been working in the field of leadership and organisational development for the last 20 years. She is the author of a number of best selling books on workplace mindfulness and the science of intention. She holds a Master’s Degree in Training & Performance Management, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a member of the Neuroleadership Institute, and The Association for Coaching. She has co-trained over 220 WorkplaceMT mindfulness trainers. She acts as an expert witness to the Mindful Nation Working Group, working with the UK Government.
