NOTE: This event will be delivered online.
The field of executive coaching is broader than at any time in the past. Boundaries around what is considered coaching in an organisational context are expanding rapidly. Coaches are now encouraged and expected to be able to support clients in conversations at a deeper psychological level. With the increase of awareness around the issues and importance of mental health there is space for coaching conversations to address the area of Mental Fitness; bringing a proactive and enabling solution which can help to prevent mental health crises and support clients to be more resourceful and responsible.
During the event you will explore the field of Mental Fitness and how it fits with your own coaching models and approach. You will have the opportunity to consider what working within this field might require of you as a coach regarding your boundary management and the skills you require. You may find this particularly useful in the current climate as we are also helping our clients deal with all the challenges they face during this Covid-19 crisis.
