Advancing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion through Coaching, Culture and Leadership
Join us for a special half-day London Coaching Group event exploring the growing role coaching plays in advancing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) within organisations and wider society.
As workplaces continue to navigate increasing complexity, cultural change and evolving expectations around inclusion and belonging, coaching has an important role to play in supporting leaders, teams and organisations to create environments where people feel valued, heard and able to thrive.
This event brings together keynote speakers, discussion and an interactive experiential workshop to explore how coaching can support inclusive leadership, psychological safety, awareness, accountability and meaningful organisational change.
Research consistently shows that organisations with diverse and inclusive cultures benefit from greater innovation, creativity, engagement and stronger business outcomes. Through coaching, leaders and organisations can deepen awareness of unconscious bias, strengthen communication and emotional intelligence, improve conflict resolution, and create cultures where diversity is genuinely embraced.

Coaching Workshop
Inclusive Leadership in Action
Facilitated by Fanny Kokocinska & Lin Sagovsky
This highly interactive workshop uses the powerful method of Theatre to explore real-world challenges in diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
Participants will observe, reflect and step into scenarios mirroring complex workplace and people-management situations within organisations. Through this experiential approach, participants will uncover bias, expand awareness and practise interventions that foster inclusive leadership and belonging.
The workshop equips coaches and leaders to use creative, embodied methods within their own work, building confidence in navigating sensitive DEI dynamics and creating psychologically safe environments.
Participants will actively intervene in staged scenarios, testing different strategies and experiencing the impact of their choices in real time. Reflection, feedback circles and group discussion will support shared learning and practical application.
