Head outdoors for a breath of fresh air, stretch your legs and connect with fellow coaches in the natural surroundings of Hyde Park. In this fully experiential session Anna-Marie will share her passion of coaching outdoors and provide the opportunity for you to experience the power of walking & talking coaching conversations, explore a current opportunity/challenge to set future intentions and actions and connect with other coaches.

During this interactive session you will:
- Discover the art and science of walking and talking coaching.
- Explore the benefits of movement and connection to nature to support your coaching practice.
- Experience walking and talking coaching.

The group will meet at the Holiday Inn for an initial briefing before heading outdoors (with a backup plan considered but fingers crossed for good weather). Personal items can be left securely at the venue during the session.

Gentle Reminder: This session will be held mainly outdoors so participants are kindly requested to wear appropriate footwear and clothing.

Anna-Marie is a certified Performance Coach and Coach Supervisor who loves to head outdoors for walking and talking conversations with her clients. She has been at the forefront of leadership and personal development for over 18 years supporting high performing individuals and teams across four continents. Alongside a Post Graduate Certificate in Applied Coaching and Master’s in Teaching; she is an accredited Analytic-Network and mBraining coach and eDISC and iWAM certified. Former British Army Officer, she has worked in challenging environments from the snowy Arctic tundra to hot and sandy deserts. She is a qualified Mountain Leader, Outdoor First Aid trained and member of the British Mountaineering Council. Anna-Marie has facilitated sessions for UK ICF annual conference, ICF Executive & Leadership CP, Geneva Centre for Security Policy, Elite Sports & Performance Expo, CIPD and EPO amongst others.
