1. Who or what inspired you to do what you do?

Great question - it's made me think! I got a job when I was 24 that turned out to be coaching and have never looked back.  My then boss inspired me to support people to find their own solutions to stuff.

2. What do you find the most challenging about your work?

I have always wanted to change the world and it's always a challenge to choose what to do and what not to do!

3. What’s the biggest lesson you have learnt in recent years?

Who we are is just as important as what we do 

4. If you could wave a magic wand and have one wish for you or your coaching practice, what would it be and why?

I am always a bit gobsmacked that a business that started by keeping the keyboard in the sock drawer in a tiny house has grown to have an impact. I have handed over the running of the business to someone else. I don't need a magic wand!

5. Tell us a fact that not many people know about you...

Well... what can I say!? My English teacher at school told me I couldn't write well - so there's a journey. And I had a tattoo last year as a promise to a friend after we walked The Camino in his memory.
