ALLARD DE JONG
The world we live in appears to be increasingly fragmented. We have become measurably:
1. More individualistic
2. More narcissistic
3. More polarised
As a consequence we no longer perceive the wholeness of the big picture and are slowly forgetting how to be together, think together, work together, etc. Surely we have reached a juncture where we have to take stock of the way we lead our lives and our organisations. What would be the benefits of coming together, of “togethering”? Of mending a fragmented society and its paradigms? Of re-discovering the skills needed work side by side? Surely collaboration holds the promise of unprecedented human progress, real progress. I want to be a part of that effort, one team at a time, drawing on 20+ years of global coaching experience
