June Events: Team Coaching Masterclass and Coaching Supervision

We are excited about our upcoming events in June, an online event and an in-person event. Please see details below and book your tickets now.

Julia will provide a short facilitated session to reflect on the value and role of coaching supervision. This will challenge the participants to think about how it can support self-awareness and also exacerbate self-delusion. The session will include thinking on what supervision means for the coaching profession; the pros and cons of different forms of supervision; how it supports coaches; what do we avoid taking to supervision; and how can we avoid self-delusion - or can we?

Julia is an EMCC Master Practitioner Coach and ICF PCC, and an EMCC accredited coach supervisor. She is a visiting tutor at Henley Business School on the professional certificate in executive coaching, the MSc in Coaching and she is the module convenor for the Professional Certificate in Coaching Supervision. Her PhD research - the role of self-awareness in coach development underpins my approach.

If you attend all the live online meeting/or listen to the recording, you will receive 1.5 CCEs: 25% Core Competencies (Embodies a Coaching Mindset) and 75% Resource Development.

If you are interested in an event but unable to attend the live session, you have the option to buy a ticket ahead of the event, and receive the recording and all resources and follow-up communications regarding the event, the same as for those attending the live event.

Masterclass Alert!

'Masterclass: Harnessing the future potential of team coaching' - Moving from I to We

Team coaching is one of the fastest growing areas in the coaching industry and offers huge potential for coaches and organisations keen to leverage the power of aligning teams for greater performance. Over the past few years team coaching has seen rapid developments and growth and professional coaching bodies have recognised this by carving out a different set of competencies for coaching teams.

As coaches, some of us have caught up with the developments in team coaching and are curious about the future direction and potential and some of us are still trying to navigate what can feel like a minefield of information.

If you find yourself in either scenario look no further as we are bringing together leading thought leaders and experts from this field to help us get a better sense of how team coaching has evolved and what the future potential looks like. And most importantly where the opportunities lie for us as coaches!

Join us on 24th June for a full day of exploration and experiential learning as we map out how team coaching has evolved and where it is heading to. The day will involve demonstrations of best practice in team coaching and learning new techniques.  You will have the opportunity to experience team coaching and dialogue intervention work which can be very impactful in facilitating team conversations. In addition to gaining practical learning about yourselves as practitioners and understanding more about your own perspectives and behaviours, you will walk away with an essential framework for delivering team coaching and facilitating dialogue.

It is a rare opportunity to spend the day with internationally recognised team coaching and dialogic experts, Georgina Woudstra, Allard De Jong, Jane Ball and Peter Garrett, to see them in action and hear them map out the future direction of coaching. Alongside learning there will be the opportunity to meet and connect with other coaches.

Date: Saturday 24th June

Time: 9.30am - 5pm including a networking lunch, welcome pastries, refreshments through out the day

Venue: Friends House 173-177 Euston Rd, London NW1 2BJ (Friends House is located in central London, directly opposite Euston Station and a short walk from King's Cross and St Pancras International stations)
