Missed our July event: Recording available: "Sustainable Leadership"

The London Coaching Group is pleased to make available this recording - with 50% of all recording purchases for this event being donated to 'NHS Charities Together'.

Charlotte Wiseman, who is an Applied Positive Psychology researcher in the field of CEO burnout and workplace wellbeing, led our July workshop "Sustainable Leadership". In her highly interactive and informative session, Charlotte shared her learnings on, what we can do as coaches, to optimise our impact when working with executives and leaders under extreme pressure. During the session, which included several polls and small-group discussions, we were given the opportunity to discuss and reflect on, how we might apply the learnings, both in our own lives and, from a coaching perspective, in the performance of our clients.
