Missed our November event? Recording available - How far do coaches go?

The London Coaching Group is pleased to make available this recording - with 50% of all recording purchases for this event being donated to 'NHS Charities Together'.

Yannick Jacob fluently led our November webinar "How far can coaches go". Yannick introduced several models about where the boundaries and overlaps lie between coaching, therapy and mentoring. Delving deeper, Yannick enabled us to see that context and mastery are so important. Where is the balance between safety and not knowing? We need to be self aware of what we are willing and able to do - “integrative integrity" in the words of Yannick. A fabulous learning experience much appreciated by everyone who was fortunate enough to attend.  Thank you Yannick for signposting our voyage of exploration.
