Hi all,

On the 30th of April, the London Coaching Group were pleased to welcome experienced coach James Caplin, who delivered a workshop on an introduction to Pair Coaching.  
 
James pointed out that many people work in close pairs – like Co-Founders and CEOs/COOs – and talked through how we as coaches can leverage this opportunity to create great coaching relationships.
 
James facilitated discussion on the group’s experience of coaching small teams of two, and the opportunities and challenges it can present. You can see what future events we have coming up for the next few months of 2019 later on in this email.
