Newsletter November 2019
Hi all,
On Tuesday 29th of October, the London Coaching Group were delighted to host Elizabeth Crosse delivering her workshop on fostering client relationships.
Elizabeth shared her research which identified four distinct relationship styles, reflecting the different ways coaches prefer to work and manage their client relationships.
Working in small groups, we each identified the key ingredients we feel are most and least important in our coaching relationships, and discussed what could be behind these preferences. We also discussed how knowing and articulating our preferred coaching style could help ensure we work with clients with the right fit for us.
To see what events we have coming up for the rest of 2019 and the start of 2020, see our upcoming events below.
