On the 24th of September, the London Coaching Group were pleased to welcome Tim Segaller who delivered a workshop on "Be here now: Using mindfulness in coaching".
Author and ICF accredited Tim talked about how mindfulness can be used both directly and indirectly in coaching - enabling both our clients and us as coaches to benefit from the space and clarity that mindfulness techniques can bring to coaching.
Working in pairs, we experimented with breathing and questioning techniques to create the right conditions to take away the noise and overthinking that can sometimes hold coaches back from really ‘being’ with the client.
