Hi everyone,

The Group was very excited to host Mark Bisson on Tuesday 23rd October for his workshop Coach Yourself First - A coach’s guide to self-reflection. The thought provoking session had the audience writing poetry, reflecting on the level of purpose in their life, and considering ways to increase reflection in our day to day busy lives.
