Joining the session

• Join 5 minutes before event allowing time for technical setup

• Attendees admitted during first 5 minutes of event after which admittance will end to avoid disruption to smooth running of session. Those missing the session will receive recording

• Anyone losing connection and rejoining will be readmitted

Audio and Video

• Mute audio off during session to minimise background noise (participants to unmute for breakout rooms and group discussion)

• Host will mute when necessary

Profile View

• Ensure your profile name identifies you to your booking so correctly noted as attended for CCEs and follow-up communications

• Option to switch between speaker view and gallery view during group discussion

• Submit your questions and comments using Chat to ‘Everyone’, privately to each other or just to the host team if you prefer

• Encourage everyone to participate in the breakout activities to maximise learning and value of session

• If not possible to participate in breakouts, option to just listen within small group breakout or request via Chat to Host to be allocated to a non-participative breakout room

• Event will be recorded and shared to those who have bought tickets, to ensure those unable to attend on the day or only for part of session can still access content

• Screenshots of event are taken for publicity purposes, with names removed. If prefer not to appear please let us know on the day or turn off your video in main session
