Why do clients, and coaches themselves, struggle to change despite insight and reflection?
Felix introduces Coaching with the Inner System, a method that moves beyond thoughts to include emotions, body reactions and subconscious patterns, the factors that truly shape behaviour.
In this interactive session, participants will work with small examples of “stuck” behaviour, experiencing how subconscious blockages emerge and how they can be shifted. Through guided reflection, pair exercises and dialogue, coaches will gain both personal insight and practical techniques to support lasting change in client work.
Felix Müller is a Henley-trained MSc in Coaching and ICF PCC coach based near Munich, and founder of the Academy for Cognitive Behavioural Coaching. His passion for this work stems from personal experience, witnessing first-hand how challenging sustainable change can be and how vital effective coaching is in times of burnout and transition. Felix specialises in Coaching with the Inner System, supporting coaches to work beyond thoughts and behaviours to include emotions, body reactions and subconscious processes. He brings extensive experience designing and facilitating interactive online programmes, including webinars for ICF Germany, Henley Business School and his own Academy. His facilitation style combines structure, evidence-based input and experiential learning, creating both safety and energy while making complex ideas practical and directly applicable in coaching practice.
