Coaches are increasingly becoming aware of climate change as it affects the wider system, themselves and their coaching practice. And many are wondering, "If the system is failing, the health of our planet is on my mind, what does this actually mean for our world, my coaching and my clients? How do I hold the space when I am in the space too?" In this interactive session Linda will offer a short presentation on aspects of these three strands and then facilitate discussions in a generative, inclusive Thinking Environment® . She will also signpost some key resources including frameworks and approaches to inform and support any actions that you take forward into your work and life.
