An integrated overview of the wider context of the 4th digital revolution, AI, Robotics and the tension this context creates. Dilemmas and challenges of change and uncertainty to jobs and professions – including coaching - and the ubiquitous impact of technology. This workshop will raise questions on the future of work, coaching, careers and coaching as a career, readiness to support/coach others when we may ourselves be anxious and often feel unprepared as individuals and coaches.

There will be opportunities for reflective practice, sharing ideas with peers, self assessing competence and capability. Delegates will create a “to do” list for their own CPD around this topic.
