Thank you to everyone who attended our on line event on Tuesday 21st May about Ontological Coaching and Transformational Change. Jeremy Stunt deftly introduced us to the key tenets of Ontological coaching. One of the experiential exercises was to enable us to reframe some of our own language. A real touch of magic. Jeremy energised us all with his whistlestop tour demonstrating how linguistic and emotional shifts can equip people to adjust and adapt successfully to the challenges that characterise much of everyday work and life.

"Reduce to the max, is my personal way of taking in new ideas. If I digest the idea and assess it useful I will revisit it. Yesterday I got exactly this revisiting organised by The London Coaching Group with Jeremy Stunt as speaker. An appealing introduction to Ontological Coaching framework with close to 40 participants. Thanks and well done!"

"Attending the London Coaching Group's session on 'Ontological Coaching and Transformational Change' with Jeremy Stunt was an enlightening experience. The session introduced us to the concept of coaching to a ‘Way of Being’, focusing on the Ontological Approach to Language and the Six Basic Moods of Life. Jeremy's expertise and inspiring delivery made complex ideas accessible and practical.

One of the highlights was the opportunity to apply this approach to a personal issue. The technique we learned was remarkably simple yet powerful, creating space and a shift in perspective that was immediately impactful. The breakout room discussions with colleagues further enriched the experience, allowing us to share insights and reflect on the exercise's impact.

Jeremy's deep knowledge and engaging style made the session both informative and motivating. I left with a greater understanding of ontological coaching and practical tools to implement in my coaching practice. London Coaching Group has put another great session together for coaches’ development."

"We cannot work systemically with our clients unless we take some time to understand our own belonging in systems...."

- This workshop will offer participants an excellent opportunity to experience the practical application of this methodology and through individual and pair work:

- Experiment with how a spatial representation, or “mapping” of an issue, generates new insights.

- Get a taster of the organising principles that keep relationship systems in and out of balance.

This workshop will consider the increasing interest and use of creative and arts-based tools and methodologies in coaching (and supervision) practice, looking through the lens of the coaching itself as a creative act, rather than simply the use of a tool.

Learn in this experiential workshop how might we consider all coaching as inherently creative, versus only where there is a 'creative tool' chosen for exploration.
