Newsletter July 2019
Hi all,
On the 25th of June, the London Coaching Group were pleased to welcome international expert on Coaching the Childhood story, Dr Sarah Hill, who delivered a workshop on "Daring to ask, Daring to look".
Sarah's empathetic delivery and sharing of her huge knowledge provided a thoroughly engaging evening. She introduced the childhood archetypes and everyone had an opportunity to discuss the behaviour patterns of clients who related to these archetypes.
We also had time for self reflection. Sarah introduced her model for coaching the childhood story: the impact of your childhood story will show up in times of high stress and high stakes; through compassion it is possible to enable the story sharer to change their internal narrative and reduce the negative impact of their childhood story. However, you must first roll up your sleeves and work on yourself, to successfully complete story work.
Thank you Sarah for such an absorbing topic.
You can see what future events we have coming up for the next few months of 2019 later on in this email.
