Inner Work, Outer Impact - Series of 4 Workshops

As coaches we are always looking for tools and techniques to enhance our coaching. However, one element that can have a huge impact on how we evolve as coaches lies within, beyond all tools and techniques! It's the inner work, because who we are is how we coach!

On Tuesdays throughout March, come and join the London Coaching Group for an immersive series of four workshops focussed on different aspects of this inner work and the beginning of a deeper journey for you. Developing the ability to get out of your own way, tune into who you really are, opens up the door to step into the potential of who you really can be!  This series will give you the opportunity to do just that!

Deeper inner work is one of the most rewarding and profound ways of sharpening your skills, influencing your presence, authenticity and confidence as a coach and, in turn, the impact of the work you do with clients.

You can book to attend individual events or the whole series at a discount (4 for the price of 3). If you’re unable to attend one of the live events, by signing up you can receive the recording and supporting resources.

I think therefore I am? How Mental Models Influence your Coaching - with Sarah Fraser

Sarah will introduce us to the concept of mental models as a means of unpacking and understanding ourselves as coaches. By shining a light on how our biology, language, culture and personal circumstances have influenced our thinking, we can begin to identify which thoughts or beliefs may no longer be valid or where we may be missing something crucial. This workshop will help you move further towards being impartial, objective and truly present in the world of your clients. More information...

Transactional Analysis: Opening a window to psychological understanding of yourself and your presence as a coach - with Karen Pratt

Transactional Analysis offers an easily accessible set of frameworks to support coaches and coach supervisors through a psychological lens to better understand the inner world of their clients, and themselves. Karen will introduce us to a contemporary TA framework - the Parent / Adult / Child model brought alive in a new way to invite awareness of your own styles and begin to understand some of your inner ways of being which can help (or hinder) how you show up with your clients. Clean Language: when you ask a coaching question, what are you up to? with Marian Way

"Whenever we ask a question, we are up to something" a quote by David Grove, the originator of Clean Language, provides a 'way in' to this workshop, in which we will explore some of the reasons why we might ask a specific coaching question, and Marian will share how Clean Language questions, being as free from our own assumptions as possible, allow us to track more easily what we are up to - and what is happening to our client's attention too. UnLearning to Coach: How to get out of your own way and become the best coach you can be - with Clare Norman

We’ve learned so much in our lifetimes, from our parents, our teachers, our peers, our work, our managers, our coach training. But when it comes to coaching, that prior learning is not always useful. We need to unlearn some mindsets and skillsets in order to make way for new ones that enable our clients to think in new ways. Clare will guide us to explore scripts, beliefs, habits and practices that we need to unlearn to be a masterful coach. More information...
