nicky chambers

Nicky Chambers has been running her own coaching practice since 2013 and is an experienced leader in the cultural and creative industries, having set up and run numerous successful enterprises and advised on a variety of government and private initiatives. She sits on numerous boards and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts. Nicky is an alumnus of the Clore Leadership Programme and is an accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is also a certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC), an accredited Firework Career Coach, an accredited Careershifters Coach, an accredited Spotlight Practitioner and an ICF Accredited and Trained Coach Mentor. 

In her executive coaching practice, Nicky's clients range from senior executives to future talent and those transitioning in their careers across a variety of industries including Management Consultancy, Professional Services, Global Tech Corporations, entrepreneurs, and leaders within the non-profit sector. She also coaches pro bono for the Taylor Bennet Foundation on their graduate and Elevate programmes and delivers workshops and Masterclasses for organisations including the Allbright Members Club and the Guardian Group.

Nicky is on the Advisory boards for several organisations, is trained in The Neuroscience of Change, holds a Certificate in Team Coaching and is an external Coach Mentor for Henley Business School.

ruchi shah-mehta

Ruchi is an accomplished leadership coach who works with leaders to help them navigate complex business contexts and leverage their leadership presence, impact and resilience, especially during transition and change.  With extensive experience of supporting organisations that want to build a coaching culture, Ruchi has partnered with internal HR/L&D and OD teams to create innovative and relevant interventions that enhance change and transformation programmes.

Ruchi is an established coach educator and mentor who has delivered accredited coach training programmes globally. With her passion to support other coaches rooted in ‘who we are is how we coach’, Ruchi has been a part of bringing experiential learning to help coaches grow and evolve their professional skills and presence. Ruchi is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council and the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, and is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. Prior to becoming a leadership coach Ruchi spent fifteen years in the communications industry, across private and public sectors. She held senior leadership positions in government departments including HMRC and the Department for Communities and Local Government.

Ruchi believes that as coaches, we have a poignant role to play in supporting human potential, aspirations, challenges and hope as we move into a changing world order and that organisations like the London Coaching Group have an even more important role to play in inspiring coaches to grow and deliver a positive impact on the coaching profession. As Co-Chair team, she hopes to bring in learning, ideas and insights to sustaining an engaging environment for reflective growth practices and experience sharing. Ruchi takes pride in what we bring to the world as coaches and sees her association with the London Coaching Group as a wonderfully aligned opportunity to contribute to the coaching profession and to continue to evolve on her own journey as a coach.

 

carolyn hartwig

Carolyn is an experienced coach and facilitator with a passion for enabling people to be at their best. Encouraging authenticity, time for reflection and a safe space for vulnerability, Carolyn’s coaching is exploratory yet highly actionable and outcome driven to help her clients develop deep awareness of their own style and behaviours, move forward with clarity and courage, and confidence in communication to lead, inspire and empower others.

Working with individuals and groups at specialist, management and leadership levels across a variety of professions, from the arts and housing, NHS and pharmaceuticals, banking and digital, and as a business coach to sole traders and small businesses. As both an internal L&D Specialist and external consultant, Carolyn has designed and delivered engaging and highly experiential workshops including coaching skills workshops for managers, career development programmes, action learning sets for managers and mentors, and 12-month programmes for first-time managers. At the V&A Carolyn co-led on developing a proposal for building a coaching culture. As an associate for Indigo Leadership Development Carolyn supported the redesign of management development, leadership and mentoring programmes for virtual delivery. Over the last few years she has  been approached by other coaches to support the design and deliver various programmes for virtual delivery, one example being the Coaching in Context modules of the Certificate in Coaching Psychology at Birkbeck.

Carolyn is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Association for Coaching (AC), an accredited coach with International Teaching Seminars (ITS), a Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
