Would you like to join our team?
We are looking for a co-chair to join our team, a volunteer role that offers the benefits of being part of the biggest independent coaching group in the UK, expanding your coaching network and supporting your own professional development.

What's Involved?
As part of a small chair team, you will help organise and host monthly events across the year. These will be a mix of online and face-to-face events in London.
You will play a key role in scheduling our speakers from our annual application process keeping diversity of topics and workshop leaders at the centre of our programming.
We also meet monthly as a team to plan each event and, alongside admin support provided by a VA, we each have individual roles such as social media marketing, financial accounts for the group, website management, venue bookings, liaison with other local groups, applying for CCEs. We take it in turns to lead on an event and this involves liaising with the workshop leader(s) to ensure a great event. As time and funds allow, the chair team are involved in deciding and taking forward any changes to improve efficiency and opportunities for members offered by the Group.

As part of our drive for inclusion and diversity, we are seeking a co-chair with a coaching background, with different abilities, class, ethnicity, culture, sexual orientation and gender.
