"Coaches in transition: becoming the coach you don't yet know you could be" with David Clutterbuck

  • London Coaching Group (map)

Ongoing research into coach maturity tells us that coaches grow by letting go of much of what they learned in the early stages of their profession. Like stages in adult development generally, the transitions between one mental framework and the next require reflection on practice and recognition that the assumptions we hold about our practice no longer deliver what we aspire to. We will explore each of the four coaching mindframes and how to make the transitions between them.

You will have an opportunity to explore your own journey as a coach so far and to participate with others in planning for the next stages of your future (never-ending) development towards coaching maturity.

David Clutterbuck is one of the earliest printers of coaching and mentoring. Author of more than 70 books, he is visiting professor in the coaching and mentoring faculties of four UK universities. One of the two original co-founders of the EMCC, David is now one of its two special ambassadors, tasked with spreading good practice globally. He is co-dean of the Global Team Coaching Institute, practice lead for a global network of coaching and mentoring educators, Coaching and Mentoring International and a distinguished fellow of The Conference Board. Among his current projects is one to create 5 million school age coaches and mentoring globally.

If you attend all the live online meeting, you will receive 1.25 CCEs, to be advised.
