"Finding Balance in Connection" with Magdalena Bak-Maier and Abigail Boughton-Thomas

  • London Coaching Group (map)

Support yourself, your clients and your coaching practice in overcoming the obstacles in finding balance through neuroscience and nature.

Current complex and demanding times are constantly shifting our routines and make the future unpredictable. In these times taking responsibility for balance and self care is vital. Maintaining well-being and fitness to practice as professionals is also key to supporting clients. Making wise choices which create balance requires connection – to our bodies, to our communities, to the natural world. In this interactive workshop, we will introduce the neuroscience of balance and invite you to explore your sense of balance in your life. There will be opportunity to share obstacles to creating balance and your effective balance practices. We will end with a tool to help ensure that your restorative balance practices stay firmly on your agenda providing healthy groundedness.

Dr. Magdalena Bak-Maier has a gift for teaching people how to use their nervous system to create what they actually want and heal in the process. A neuroscientist, integration pioneer, author, and coach with a "Physician of the Soul" label, she helps people discover and tap the power of internal
unity so that they feel balanced, empowered and connected to their purpose.

Abi Boughton-Thomas is a wellbeing coach whose practice is underpinned by a passion for helping individuals develop stress resilience and robust mental fitness. She has a particular interest in utilising applied neuroscience to support clients to build the daily practices that underpin equanimity.

If you attend all the live online meeting, you will receive 1.25 CCEs - in Resource Development.
