Group coaching can be an impactful way to support our clients to effect change. It can be beneficial in a number of scenarios and contexts, from health and career coaching, through to leadership development in organisations. Group coaching can be cost-effective, scalable and, more importantly, a crucial tool to support cultural and organisational changes. This type of coaching has been successfully delivered in a range of settings and it can be useful for coaches looking to understand how to use their skills to work with groups and expand their coaching practice.
Dr Ana Paula Nacif is an experienced executive and group coach, facilitator and consultant with over a decade of experience in wellbeing and leadership development. She works with a range of clients in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.
Ana is an EMCC Accredited Coach at master practitioner level and a coach supervisor. She is an active researcher in the field of group coaching and recently published the paper BeWell: a group coaching model to foster the wellbeing of individuals. Ana is a part-time lecturer at the Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology at the University of East London. She is also the co-editor of the Philosophy of Coaching Journal.
