There's a lot of talk about 'transformation' - often when organizations go through major change - hoping to achieve more with less, doing it faster and cheaper.

What do we mean when we say that coaching is transformational? How can we support our clients to experience transformational learning? How do we both manage unrealistic expectations AND enable clients to experience transformational learning for themselves?

This interactive session will explore these questions, explore what coaches already know and do well, and explore the inspirational dimensions of transformation, as well as the practical.

During the session you will:

1. Explore and define 'transformational learning' in a coaching context

2. Understand what it takes to coach for transformational learning

3. Reflect on the benefits to individuals of 'transformational learning'

Helen is the CEO of The Forton Group, an ICF-Accredited coach-training organization operating globally. She is a Professional Leadership Coach, with the ICF's 'PCC' credential. She trains coaches and coach-trainers, and is a leadership coach for the top talent in the NHS black and ethnic leadership development programme 'Breaking Through'.
