At this end of year event, Kish, Deborah, Isabelle and Teresa would love you to join us for a farewell session during which we will reflect on the last three years in a closing circle before introducing you to the 4 new co-chairs who will introduce themselves to you.  They are keen to get to know you and share their draft Big Picture Vision for LCG.  They see this as a great opportunity for all participants to engage with the future vision and want to hear what your key priority is for the group.  They will use this to finalise their plans for the new year.

We arere delighted to have had such a strong response to the request for new leaders and you can see bios of your new LCG Team below. Teresa will be staying on to support the new team who will take over the group immediately after the November event.

Hannah Salton worked in HR and graduate recruitment for 8 years in the corporate world, most recently leading UK graduate recruitment at a law firm for just under 3 years.. Previous to this, Hannah worked at BT for 5 years in a variety of HR and graduate recruitment positions.

Hannah made the move away from corporate life to focus on growing her coaching business, and works as a Careers Consultant and Coach three days a week at Imperial College Business School. Hannah is passionate about personal and professional development, and loves helping people create more satisfying careers.

Jan studied coaching with International Teaching Seminars   She is a master NLP practitioner and ACC.
