Using High Performance States in coaching
In this session, Master NLP trainer Daryll Scott will introduce the concept of high performance states and their usability in the context of coaching. Kylie Roberts will share her experiences of using high performance state coaching with top tier executives from professional services firms.
Following a brief introduction into the theory, there will be time to explore high performance states in a highly interactive and energising exercise. You will be buzzing with energy following the workshop.
The Learning objectives of the session are to:
- Introduce the concept of high performance states a tool for coaches to use
- Share success stories of how to use high performance state coaching with coaches from both an organisational context and also the sporting arena
- Experience coaching using high energy, high preformance games
Daryll Scott is a certified NLP trainer with over 10 years experience of business leadership and consulting. He is co-founder and partner of the training organisation Use Your Noggin Ltd, which includes amongst its clients major organisations such as Marks and Spencer, Waterstones, Baker Tilly, HBOS, Deloitte, Barclays and Microsoft.
Kylie Roberts is a peak performance coach and leadership development specialist working with large blue chip financial and professional service firms including Grant Thornton, Deloitte, HSBC and Merrill Lynch. She is also involved in elite sports performance coaching, working with GB athletes in the mindset for success.
